Submitting a Planning Center Budget for Review

Steps

 

  1. Enter or select Preparer in the Role Name field.
  2. Click Search.

 

  1. Click the appropriate Scenario.

 

  1. Select the appropriate budget option in the Activity dropdown list.
  2. Select the appropriate option in the Scenario dropdown list.
  3. Click Refresh.
  4. Click the Edit link for the version to which you want to submit

 

  1. Verify each line item for accuracy.
  1. After verifying the data, use the instructions for Copy to a New Version to copy that version to the Master Version.
  1. Return to My Planning Workspace.

 

  1. Click the checkbox under Select column next to the "Master Version" that is ready for submission.
  2.  Multiple planning centers can be selected.
  1. Click Submit.

 

  1. Confirm that the "Master Version" of the correct Planning Center(s) were selected.
  2. Click OK.
