Agency Budget Reporting

The reports below are available to agencies to assist in creating budget requests. To access these, a user must have been granted the role of OH_EPM_BP_AGY_REPORTING.

Report Name	Agency/OBM Model & Version	Purpose
BPM-0020 Capital Variance Analysis Report	Agency or OBM Version 4	Compares Agency Request to OBM Recommendation.
BPM-0021 Capital Improvement Plan Summary Report	Agency or OBM Version 4	Fund and line item summary for the next three biennia. User may include account, project type, priority, and service location data. User also has the option to include historical data. - Running report using Agency Model displays the Agency request. - Running using OBM Model displays OBM recommendations.
BPM-0022 Capital Improvement Plan Summary (Current*Prior)	Agency or OBM Version 4	Fund and line item summary for the next three biennia is compared to prior biennium's six-year plan. User has the option to include historical data. - Running report using Agency Model displays the Agency request. - Running using OBM Model displays OBM recommendations.
BPM-0023 Capital Reappropriation Request Detail	Agency or OBM Version 4	A detailed view of capital reappropriation requests by fund and line item for the upcoming biennium. Report displays data at the Agency, Fund, and line item level. User may include priority and project type data. User also has the option to include historical data for a six-year period at the fund and line item level.
