Using OAKS FIN Tree Converter Macro

Follow the steps below to use the OAKS FIN Tree Converter Tool to download an OAKS Tree as an Excel file.

• https://ohid.ohio.gov/wps/myportal/gov/myohio/ > Financials > NavBar > Menu > Tree Manager > Tree Viewer

1. Enter the Tree Name.
2. Click Search.

• The Search Results display.

3. Select the appropriate effective dated tree.

• The Tree Viewer page displays.

4. Click Print Format link.
5. Copy the entire Tree.
   • Press Ctrl A to select all and Ctrl C to copy the entire tree.

• Navigate to Forms page on the (old) OBM website.

6. Paste all values in the text entry box.
7. Press Ctrl V to paste all values.
8. Click Convert To Excel button to download Excel file.
9. Save and open the Excel file.
10. If needed, delete all rows from other agencies.
11. Add the Tree Name in row 1 of the Excel document for future reference.
12. Save document.
