Accessing Cardholder Account Information

Overview

US Bank is the Payment Card (PCard) issuing bank, meaning that US Bank issues all State of Ohio Pcards. By registering for access to US Bank’s system you can access information about your Pcard account including, transaction details, disputes, and fraud alerts.

Registering

Steps

• Log into US Bank.
• The Online Registration page displays.

1. Enter the Organization Short Name, Account Number, and Account Expiration Date.
2. Click Register This Account.

• The Licensing Agreement Page Displays.

3. Read the Terms of Service and click I Accept.

• The Online Registration page displays.

4. Enter a User ID and Password following the requirements outlined on the site.

5. Choose the 3 Authentication Questions and enter the responses.

6. Complete the Contact Information section.

7. Click Continue.

• The Welcome page displays.

Reviewing Transaction Details

Steps

• Log into US Bank.
• The Welcome page displays.

8. Enter the Organization Short Name, User ID, Password, and click Login.
9. Click on Transaction Management.

• The Transaction Management page displays.

10. Click on Transaction List.

• The Card Account Summary with Transaction List displays.

Signing Up for Fraud Alerts

Steps

• Log into US Bank.
• The Welcome page displays.

1. Enter the Organization Short Name, User ID, Password, and click Login.
2. Select Account Alerts.

• The Fraud Alerts screen displays.

3. Enter the Contract Information.

4. Select the I accept the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

5. Click Submit.
