BPM Revision History

The table below provides an overview of the recent changes that have been made to the BPM section of the OAKS FIN Online Process Manual. The revision history is a useful measure of the maintenance cycle.

 

There are two major sections of the BPM guide. This revision history for BPM is divided into the same two categories:

10/30/2017 Added the following project type to the AGYCAP Dimension 2 row:
  • Information Technology

Revised the following in the list of AGYCAP Dimension 2:

  • Basic Renovation
  • Major Renovation

Revised AGYCAP CLASS_FLD (Service Location) to "C0001."

Removed the following from AGYRAP Scenario:

  • 202111 - Amount planned for the 2021-2022 biennium, dollar amount, no comma, dollar sign, or blanks.
  • 202311 - Amount planned for the 2023-2024 biennium, dollar amount, no comma, dollar sign, or blanks.
10/30/2017 Updated the "Dimension 3 (Priorities) RAR Scenario" to the following:
  • "Redirection-Yes" or "Redirection-No"
10/13/2017 Updated the "Dimension 2 (Product Type) RAP Scenario" to the following:
